Operations Associate/Manager - Digital Asset Exchange at Fusang

Roles and Duties

• Oversee technology platforms and operational workflows for our digital asset exchange, including tokenization, custody and related services.
• Manage client onboarding, account opening, asset transfers, trade settlement, reporting, reconciliation, token issuance, listing evaluations, cap table management, and client support.
• Collaborate in cross-functional team on new business initiatives and launches.
• Conduct due diligence and handle client inquiries.
• Assess and evaluate listing applications.
• Ensure smooth and efficient platform operations, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain operational documentation and manuals.
• Work with external partners to ensure seamless integration.
• Partner with technology department to resolve user issues and support product development. Perform UATs and suggest enhancements.
• Collaborate with business department to enhance user experience.
• Assist compliance department with regulatory reporting and internal controls.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and support overall business operations.
• Be a proactive team player in a lean, international team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or related fields.
• 2-8 years of experience in financial institutions, banking, brokerage, or crypto exchanges.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, trading, and capital markets is definitive advantage.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Flexible, hands-on, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Preference for candidates based in Malaysia.
