Early Stage Startups lists jobs at early-stage startups, from the employers' own postings and from employers who post directly. We do not sit between you and an employer: applications go to the employer, on their terms. Listings can change or close at any time and we do not guarantee that any listing is current or accurate.

Job alerts and the newsletter are free. Job-alert and newsletter emails carry an unsubscribe link. Purchase confirmations and account emails are transactional.

An account is created by signing in with an email link or with Google. The email address is your sign-in identity and you are responsible for keeping access to it. An account on its own is free and gives no additional access; it is how Pro and your saved jobs are attached to you.

You can download the data we hold about you and delete your account from your account settings at any time. Deleting the account removes your saved jobs and detaches your alerts from it.

All purchases are final. No refunds. This applies to all our paid products: Pro memberships, including renewals, job postings and Spotlight bookings.

We do not offer discretionary refunds for unused access, a change of mind, early cancellation or results that do not meet your expectations. Cancelling Pro stops future renewals; it does not refund the period already purchased.

This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights or remedies for services not supplied as agreed. Where a withdrawal right applies, contact us using the email below. Starting a service does not by itself remove rights that the law preserves.

Before continuing to payment, you must actively accept the current terms and purchase policy. We retain the version and acceptance time with the checkout record.

• Pro is $7 a week, $19 a month, or $79 a year, in US dollars.
• Pro renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. All purchases are final. No refunds.
• Pro starts after payment and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. All purchases are final. No refunds.
• If a renewal payment fails you keep access for a short grace period while the card is retried. If it still fails, the membership ends and your account stays free.
• What Pro includes is described on the Pro page. We may change what Pro includes or its price; a price change applies from your next renewal and you will see it before it applies.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Your job is reviewed before publication. Your job post runs for 30 days after publication. Purchasing does not guarantee applications or a hire. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the job and company information you provide. Payment does not guarantee applications or a hire.

All purchases are final. No refunds. Removing a listing early does not entitle you to a discretionary refund.

Your Spotlight runs on the dates you select. Purchasing does not guarantee clicks, applications or sales. The checkout shows the selected dates and total price before payment. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your advertising content.

All purchases are final. No refunds. Choosing not to use a purchased booking does not entitle you to a discretionary refund.

Do not copy the listings in bulk, resell access, share an account, or use the site to send unsolicited messages. We may close an account that does.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from a listing, an employer, or an interruption of the service. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
