Turn operating knowledge into dependable processes that strengthen each company.
You will work alongside company leaders to connect teams, processes and systems. The focus is practical: understand how the business works, improve the handovers that matter and help new capabilities become part of everyday operations.
What you will build
Map priority workflows and establish clear responsibilities with the teams involved.
Coordinate integration projects across operations, finance and technology.
Build practical operating routines, documentation and measures of progress.
Capture what works and adapt it for other companies without losing local expertise.

Requirements
