Chief Financial Officer job description
Shape the financial architecture of an enduring commerce ecosystem.
You will lead finance across Everest, connecting capital allocation, company performance and acquisitions. Working with the founder and operating leaders, you will translate the long-term ambition of the group into disciplined financial decisions.
What you will build
Lead group planning, consolidated reporting and capital allocation.
Develop financing strategies and decision-useful investor reporting.
Guide financial diligence and acquisition modelling.
Build the finance team, governance and controls that support a growing group.

Requirements
Senior finance leadership experience in an operating business or multi-company environment.
Experience with capital planning, consolidated reporting, financing and acquisition assessment.
