At White Circle we’re building the safety layer for modern AI systems — an app that prevents harmful behavior and keeps AI safe for the world. Companies use White Circle to understand how their models behave, catch failures before they spread, and keep interactions stable and secure.
Your work will turn complex AI workflows into simple, clear interfaces used by engineering and research teams every day.

What you’ll do
Evolve Figma design system so it stays consistent, scalable, and easy to work with.
Update current screens and design new flows for upcoming features.
Work directly with product, engineering, and research — fast iterations and full ownership.
What we’re looking for
3+ years working with Figma: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Design Systems.
You’ve designed clear, functional web interfaces, ideally for technical products.
You can create basic animations with any tools you prefer.
You use AI tools in your own workflow.
