Operations Jobs at REGENT

REGENT is developing and manufacturing all-electric, passenger-carrying wing-in-ground-effect vehicles called Seagliders for coastal transportation. The vehicles operate over water and are designed to provide fast, zero-emission travel for everyday travelers and commuters, combining the speed of an aircraft with the convenience of a boat.

REGENT is also hiring in engineering (12), hardware and science (2), people and talent (2) and field and trades (1).

You set up the systems that keep the company running, from vendors and tooling to how work gets scheduled. The job changes shape as the company grows, and nobody hands you a process to follow. In a large firm this work is split between finance, facilities and a project office.
