The company uses a proprietary process that ferments biomass, such as yeast, and breaks down the microbial cells to create clean-label ingredients. Its product portfolio includes Prewtein®, a non-GMO, non-novel-food protein ingredient that can replace additives and animal-based ingredients in food products. The ingredients are aimed at industries including human food, pet food, animal nutrition, health, cosmetics, agriculture, and biotechnology.

- Right hand to the management and support in day-to-day business
- Collaboration in the development and implementation of corporate strategies
- Interface between management and investors and strategic partners
- Independent management and coordination of projects
- Market analyses, competitive research and preparation of business cases
- Preparation and support for Series A
Your profile
- Completed degree (e.g. business administration, economics, management or similar). Initial experience is an advantage
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident use of MS Office and modern communication tools
- High resilience, loyalty, hands-on mentality, high level of initiative and flexibility
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Handling of sensitive information and ensuring discretion
