Your mission

We are offering a six-month paid internship for a student or recent graduate to support AIRMO's business development across the GCC, Egypt, Iraq and Jordan. You will work alongside our Business Development Lead and Managing Director, helping build the pipeline that turns the region's methane-measurement demand into signed work across our product line. You will see how a climate-tech company sells to industry and government, from the inside, based at our Abu Dhabi office.

What you'll do

  • Track tender opportunities and flag the relevant ones across oil and gas, energy, industry and waste sectors.

  • Research prospects and build and clean contact lists.

  • Keep the CRM accurate and up to date.

  • Draft outreach and help prepare proposals.

  • Help organize client meetings, events and missions.

  • Pull together reporting on pipeline and market activity.

Your profile

  • Penultimate-year student or recent graduate, ideally from a top UAE university such as Khalifa University.

  • Fluent English. Arabic is a strong plus but not a requirement.

  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with research and outreach tools.

  • An interest in energy, climate or technology.

Why us?

  • Direct mentorship from AIRMO's Managing Director and Business Development Lead.

  • Real exposure to regional energy and industrial business development.

  • A paid placement: AED 2,500–3,500 per month, about 20 hours a week for six months.

  • A path to extension or a permanent role for strong performers.
