Your role

You’ll be responsible for organisational development and HR at our company. At its core, this role focuses on how we lead, make decisions, and collaborate as a company before our planned plant expansion significantly increases our workforce. You’ll actively guide this transformation through change management, rather than merely managing it. HR is explicitly part of this because, in practice, structural and leadership work cannot be separated from HR processes. Additionally you bring experiences in project management. Above all, you bring an understanding of how organisations grow and change - not primarily traditional HR experience. You’ll have a great deal of creative freedom and the opportunity to take on responsibility.

Your mission

Organisational development

• You develop career, performance, and leadership frameworks that stay consistent across departments and scale with us
• You identify where our current organization is hitting its limits and prepare our structure for our planned facility expansion, including reporting lines and decision-making pathways
• You shape culture, collaboration, and change processes with sound change management, so that changes actually land with the team instead of just existing on paper
• You independently bring forward new approaches to developing our organization further

HR

• You are responsible for ensuring that recruiting, contract management, and onboarding function reliably even as hiring numbers increase
• You ensure accurate HR administration (Personio, deadlines, compliance)
• You are the point of contact for all questions regarding human resources

Your profile

• You have experience in building or developing organisations, for example through organisational development, strategy consulting, or similar roles in growing companies.
• HR experience is a plus, but not a requirement. What matters most is your willingness to share responsibility for HR matters, even if they are not your primary area of expertise
• You think holistically and can keep track of the big picture in complex projects
• You think in terms of systems and structures, not just individual measures
• You can handle ambiguity and bring structure to unstructured situations
• You take responsibility and have a hands-on mindset
