Technical and Development Specialist job description
Your mission
We are looking for a Technical and Development Specialist to support the technical development, validation, and application of our acoustic solutions. This role bridges product development, testing, certification, and commercial activities, ensuring that technical data is accurate, compliant, and effectively communicated across teams and to clients.
Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities
- Provide technical support on acoustic products to internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Operations) and external stakeholders
- Support and coordinate product validation activities, including fire testing, acoustic performance, and material characterization
- Work with external laboratories to define test setups, follow testing activities, and ensure proper documentation
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (datasheets, test reports, TCS, application guidelines)
- Ensure alignment with construction standards and certification requirements (e.g. EN 13501-1, CE marking, EPD frameworks)
- Support troubleshooting and technical clarifications related to product performance and installation conditions
- Contribute to improving internal technical processes and documentation quality
- Act as a technical reference point across cross-functional teams
Your profile
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience with building materials or interior systems
- Good understanding of construction standards, testing, and certification processes
- Experience with fire performance or acoustic materials is a strong plus
- Structured, detail-oriented, and hands-on mindset
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Fluent in English
