Brand & Marketing Lead job description
Build distinctive brands through clear positioning, compelling stories and consistent experiences.
Strong brands begin with a deep understanding of their products and customers. You will help translate that understanding into a clear brand direction, working closely with commercial and creative teams to connect long-term brand building with everyday marketing.
What you will build
Develop brand positioning, messaging and creative direction grounded in customer insight.
Shape coordinated campaigns across content, paid media, lifecycle marketing and commerce.
Work with designers, creators and operating teams to deliver a consistent brand experience.
Evaluate customer response and commercial outcomes, and turn learning into stronger brand decisions.

Requirements
Experience developing a brand or leading integrated marketing for a product-led business.
Strong judgment in positioning, storytelling and creative quality, supported by examples of your work.
