We are looking for a Full Stack Engineering Team Lead to provide day-to-day technical direction to a full stack engineering team while remaining close to the code.

This is a hands-on, player-coach role for someone who can turn product priorities into practical technical plans, guide sound architecture decisions, and help engineers deliver reliable software with confidence.

You will work across front-end, back-end, cloud, and infrastructure components, balancing immediate delivery needs with the long-term quality, security, maintainability, and scalability of the platform.

You will be successful in this role when:

• The team consistently delivers reliable, high-quality software against clear priorities.
• Architecture and technical decisions are pragmatic, documented, and understood by the people who need to act on them.
• Risks, blockers, and dependencies are identified early and handled constructively.
• Engineers receive the guidance, context, and support they need to work effectively and continue developing.
• The platform becomes easier to maintain, operate, secure, and scale while the team continues delivering customer value.
