Results Expected
Maintain 99.95%+ infrastructure uptime across all mission-critical systems (e.g., VPN, Firewall, Routers, Switches.) over rolling 90-day periods.
Deliver infrastructure roadmap milestones on time (≥90% on-time delivery), with stakeholder alignment and documentation completed before rollout
Actively identify and lead 2+ improvements per quad to internal infrastructure or tooling — not reactive tickets, but proactive ownership
Roll out one major infrastructure upgrade or automation initiative (e.g., VPN overhaul, network monitoring) every 6 months, with post-launch NPS ≥ 8 from stakeholders

Designs, deploys, and maintains internal network systems (VPN, IPSec, MPLS, BGP, Routing, Firewall) for high reliability and performance.
Designs, deploys, and maintains multi-homed connectivity across 5+ ISPs, RIPE-allocated /24 IP address blocks, and 10+ closed-circuit MPLS lines.
Automates infrastructure and network workflows end-to-end—from support tickets to provisioning—using scripting and Config/Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Ansible, Terraform).
Upgrades and maintains network monitoring systems using Prometheus via SNMP and API integrations.
Builds secure-by-default environments, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Responds to outages and incidents with speed and rigor; builds resilient playbooks to prevent recurrence.
Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification is preferred.
