About the role
Accountabilities

In-Process Quality Assurance: Lead in-process audit activity to catch defects early and ensure conformance at production floor.

Defect Identification and Containment Action:Prevent defective units from progressing by identifying, tagging, and recording issues during assembly operations, assure good 5S practice on production floor.

Quality Control Supervision: Oversee QCs activity on the machine area, assembly area to ensure consistent inspection and effective rework handling.

Final Product Quality Supervision: Lead final inspection teams and ensure compliance with standards before goods are shipped.

Quality Team Capability Building: Build the capability of QC staff through targeted coaching, performance feedback, standardized training and evaluation program after training for current QCs, establish/ organize implement & follow onboarding program for new QCs
- Continuous Improvement - Customer Complain: handling Customer Complain KPI. Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective actions, report customer complaint trends and action proposals.

Train Quality Awareness to onboarding employees. Support train semi-product and product standards for QC team and production use.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred

At least 2 years of experience in QA at Manufacturing Company, with familiarity in Control Plan, Quality Standard, BOM, traceability system such as QAD/ SAP/ ERP.

Ability to use QC tools for analysis

Language Skills: Good in English (written skill) and fluency in Vietnamese are a must, as we have to work with customer complaints.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with internal teams and cross functional teams. Ability to negotiate and resolve arising issues efficiently.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle unexpected situations, such as quality issues or urgent requirements.

Personality: Proactive, flexible, able to work independently, and under pressure.
