The Opportunity

As a Technical Implementation Engineer at Eon, you will play a crucial role in transforming healthcare through innovative technology. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to gather and scope product requirements, ensuring seamless customer implementations. This role involves performing technical configuration steps, managing data uploads, and using custom scripts and SQL queries for historical data backloads and global product changes. You’ll track and document customer-specific dashboard data, provide time estimates for customizations, and maintain consistent communication with clients for feedback and approvals. Additionally, you’ll offer technical support during implementation calls and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy custom requirements. By providing Tier 3 support and troubleshooting implementation issues, you’ll ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, ultimately contributing to Eon’s mission of improving patient care and healthcare affordability.

 

In this role you will:

 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and scope new product requirements during customer implementations
  • Perform technical steps of the implementation process, including developing and reviewing site specific data configs
  • Manage and perform bulk dashboard uploads, like historical data backloads and global product data changes using custom scripts and SQL queries
  • Upload and track customer specific dashboard data configurations
  • Document and maintain customer portfolios
  • Provide time estimates to clients who require additional customizations to be done and communicate with them throughout the process to obtain feedback and approval
  • Provide technical support in customer implementation calls
  • Collaborate with the product, development and success teams to track and deploy custom requirements by customers during implementations
  • Provide Tier 3 Support for implementations related issues and communicate with internal teams


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Must have Hands-on experience with SQL
  • Experience using Jira, Slack, and GitHub
  • Knowledge about HL7 standards is a plus
  • Must have excellent English communication skills and experience with documenting root cause analysis
  • Must have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 environment
