About Canopy Connect
Canopy Connect provides an insurance verification platform. It helps insurance agencies and car dealerships collect verified insurance information from clients through a branded link, email, text, QR code, or embedded website widget. Clients can share their insurance details via their carrier, a declarations page, a form, or directly with the agent. The platform displays structured data and recent documents in an agent dashboard and can send that information to raters, CRMs, or agency management systems. It also offers an insurance API for more custom integration flexibility.

We are a product-oriented, distributed engineering team seeking exceptional engineers to drive our mission forward.
As a Principal/Sr Staff Engineer, you will work closely with our VP Engineering to work through our toughest engineering problems.
You have:
- Deep knowledge of typescript, postgres and AWS
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves to deliver products
- Proven experience at scale
We are hiring in the United States and Canada to work fully remotely. We are unfortunately unable to sponsor visas.
The salary range for this role is $190-220k, and could increase beyond that commensurate with experience.
