Its roles are in Des Moines, IA, US (3), Cedar Rapids, IA, US (3), Wilmington, DE, US (3) and remote (2).

The work is on site and in front of customers, installing, servicing and repairing real equipment. At an early startup you are also the person who reports back on what keeps failing. Large employers give you a route and a dispatcher, while here the route is still being worked out.
